    Best for self-paying clients requiring recurring transport for medical treatments such as chemotherapy, dialysis, physical therapy, occupational therapy, diabetic care or wound care.
    Valid for 90 days
    • 6 Medical appointment trips to be used within 90 days.
    • Includes 10 miles
    • Cost-Effective alternative to paying per trip with potential

  • Lifestyle Events & Errands Package

    450$
    Best for individuals needing transportation for non medical activities such as attending social events, running errands, picking up prescriptions or visiting the salon/barber.
    Valid for 60 days
    • 6 trips for event/errand-based transportation
    • Up to 1.5 hours of wait time
    • Includes 10 miles

  • Respite Transportation Package

    1,200$
    Best for family members or caregivers who need reliable transportation support for clients attending longer medical appointments or requiring assistance and supervision.
    Valid for 6 months
    • 3 extended trips too be used within 60 days.
    • Up to 2.5 hours of total trip time (driving & wait time)
    • Assistance during appointments and intensive trip planning.
    • Replacement caregiver provided, if arranged.
    • 10 miles of travel.

NOTE : any miles over 10 will be billed at current rate, wait time over the included amounts will be billed at the current rate, there will be no refunds on package purchases.
